オオシトネタケとフクロシトネタケ

昨日、フクロシトネタケが採集できたので、冷蔵庫に眠っていたフクロシトネタケと比較してみた。

左がオオシトネタケで右がフクロシトネタケ
色の違いはけっこう大きかった。　オオシトネタケがチョコレート色なら、フクロシトネタケはキャラメル色といったところか・・。


子実層の断面を並べてみた。
これも左がオオシトネタケで右がフクロシトネタケだが、胞子の形以外に大きな差異は無いように見える。


これはオオシトネタケの子嚢胞子
メルツアーで処理した方は表面の網目模様が縮れているように見えるが、それは個々の胞子による違いかも分からない。


フクロシトネタケの子嚢胞子は、メルツアーで処理した方もしていない方も表面の模様はほとんど変わらないようだ。

tsuzai 　高温でないと豆の個性は出にくいのですが、この部分は、「メッシュフィルター」である部分と、抽出時間調整（アロマ機能）で補うので問題ないです。 lA0P8
